We love our dragons! We have 2 commissioned pieces; #4 for me to wear to Faire, #7 for my husband to wear to Faire. I also have #23 that I wear at Christmas (also with my elf ears) with a santa hat, or just in winter. We get compliments and inquiries all the time. I still give out Carrie's business card! We got some crazy offers to sell, but NEVER! Renee

I went to the New Hampshire Ren Faire this month and I had people stopping me to ask about my dragons consantly. #37 flexible fairydragon, mismatched dragon earrings, necklace, and an ear cuff for the other ear. One vendor even told me that he knew no one there had these, because work of that quality would be the talk of the faire. I gave out your info to anyone who asked (and a lot of people did). It was fun not being in costume, and still having people chasing me down to check me out. Dinner that evening also had 3 separate waitresses waiting on us just to see my jewelry.

That is awesome Ann thank you for sharing your story and my information! I wear my dragons to Faire, but I've never been a vendor. Even if I quit my day job and devoted myself full time to making jewelry, I don't think I would be able to make enough to have a good showing, they each take so long to make! And I find that while LOADS of people say they want them, when they find out how much my minimum bid is they often change their minds. I'm trying to diversify and make stuff faster (the metal jewelry) and once I have enough of that made up I intend to start doing local shows, and then maybe have a clay dragon or two and see what happens.
